Oculus360 extracts consumer perceptions of the industry, brands, products and competition from digital communities and provides insights and tools to enable marketing campaigns, e-commerce product discoverability and merchandizing tactics to leverage this valuable source of consumer generated content. Prior to Oculus360, John was a principal at Ascendant which provided strategy and implementation services for e-commerce, business analytics, mobile and social computing in the US, European, Brazilian markets.
